Sandra Tardo Long is an agile and prolific painter in the style of hyperrealism**, and also channels that sensibility to her abstract, modern colorist works.

The artist with her muse.

“Much of my work is characterized by careful attention to detail, capturing the essence of subjects. The interplay of colors, patterns, shapes and textures found in the natural landscape fascinates me. My intention is to bring the beauty of nature to life. I strive to create an experience that is visually captivating and emotionally resonant. Through my hyperrealist and abstract paintings I hope to inspire a deeper appreciation for the natural world and the intricate beauty that surrounds us every day.”

She has exhibited in juried shows across the country, most recently in Louisiana and Maine. An ongoing exhibit of her work can be viewed at Gallery 302 in Bridgton, Maine, and more at her studio by appointment. (Contact Sandra here)
